Preparation for herbal message ball

- Heat: Steam the ball in a steamer (bamboo or electric) for 10-15 minutes, or microwave for about 1-2 minutes (medium power), ensuring it's thoroughly heated to release the herbs.
- Test: Always test the heat on your palm or inner arm to ensure it's comfortably warm, not scalding.

Reuse:
